How did you discover Provenance Estate?

What drew you to Provenance? 

That it was still relatively close to Bendigo yet far enough away from the busy streets

 

When did you know you wanted to build and live here?

When we saw how affordable the land was

 

Who is your builder of choice and what kind of home are you building?

Metricon – Lawson 22mk2 – 4brm 2 bath

 

What features do you love about your build of choice? 

It is big enough for our family

 

Is this a starter home, a forever home, or something in between?

Somewhere in between for a lengthy time

 

What features of the Provenance community are you most excited about – beyond your new home, of course. 

The parks and the long walkways that will be there. I’m hoping they build a dog park. And really keen to know about the shops. I also think it’s fantastic regarding Huntly train station being so close by.

 

What is it that you love about Huntly?

The bakery! And the potential to grow as a community.
